Buster & Punch, the luxury hardware retailer were looking to create a new website that would portray their true identity of their brand and their high end product offering. We were set the challenge to create a new site that would combine the two sides of the brand: high fashion and functionality.
Rebrand and UX -Our aim was to develop a bold, impactful site that gives a sense of the fashion-led brand personality on first view, whilst offering a seamless customer shopping experience across a multitude of complex and varied products.
Replatform– Taking into account multiple third party requirements, a new ecommerce platform was selected that would ensure the brand and functionality were brought to life.

The site Den have created, in close collaboration with our team, is a masterclass in brand driven ecommerce. We saw a 60% conversion rate increase when the site went live and the stats keep on delivering.
